BreatheYourOMBalance® is a creative writing journal of fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry about yoga. This is a paperback book.

What kind of writing do we want? Poetry, fiction, and nonfiction about yoga and the theme of sustenance and sustainability. This allows you to write on topics such as how your yoga practice sustains you, foods that sustain you, how the earth sustains us, and what we need/want to do to sustain ourselves and the earth. These are a few examples of how to apply the theme.
