S Teague led the first volume. The idea for the book grew from the organic T-shirts that we made of the Breathe warrior and other yoga postures. We started an Instagram yoga challenge that combined writing and yoga, then we made a book with over twenty other contributors. READ MORE HERE.
Sarah Michelle is an adventurer, bhakti-yogini, mother, artist, musician, poet, and freelance author. She's the Introductory Author for Volume Three. READ MORE HERE.
